Our turnaround time is approximately 5 working days. We will advise during your booking process if we think this will be shorter or longer.

To maintain the condition of your shoes, we recommend a professional shine and service every 4-6 weeks, however, frequency of wear will generally dictate shoe care needs. This interval ensures that your shoes receive the necessary care to keep them in optimal condition.

We can work with all types of leather, including suedes and exotics. We use premium materials specific to your shoes.

All of our clients shoes are fully insured in our workshop and in transit with us (and our preferred couriers). In addition, our workshop is locked, alarmed and covered by CCTV.

Each pair is handled with care and placed in our secure environment; our skilled technicians are trained to work with delicate materials and adhere to strict protocols to safeguard your valuable footwear.
